You just found her on a chat app. She’s bored, she’s horny, and she finds some of the raunchiest things to talk about.

Who is this mysterious vixen? Will you open up to her, or remain an enigma? Will you treat her like a lady, or take her presence for granted? Be prepared, though – treat her poorly, and she’s more than ready to bite back.

A proof-of-concept game created in Ren’Py, best described as a conversation simulator or a dating sim. The game is built on the central design principle of offering full immersion and interactivity. To this end, it:

  • Focuses on giving the player full control.
  • Treats a fictional character as a living entity.
  • Allows the player to play as themselves, rather than as a separate character.
  • Face direct consequences, positive and negative, for your actions within the context of the narrative.
  • Stretches the conventions and limitations of typical pornographic writing.

Please be aware that this game centres on an anthropomorphic vixen. In other words, if you’re not a furry, this probably isn’t for you. Moreover, some conversation paths in this game can veer into relatively dark or triggering territory if you allow it to. It’s up to the player to steer the conversation, so be sure to avoid topics you are not comfortable with; you won’t be forced into them at any point. Be also mindful of the fact that the game's narrative treats the player as male.

Above all, keep in mind that this is not a game you play to win, but a game that you play to experience. This game is dedicated to treating its central vixen character as a fully fleshed-out individual with an extensive personality; as a result, the player is encouraged to explore the many possible ways of interacting with her and discover the many facets of her character.

The game’s art is made in a speedpaint style and is NSFW. Check out more of my art at my website.

If "the game's narrative treats the player as male," why is it tagged as Female Protagonist?

short game short shot, fire in the hole!

Hey Tlapa Bear was just curious how things were going with you? Haven't seen/heard anything for a while. Hope everything is going ok.

Thank you for the concern, I am mostly alive. :)

I've finished new artwork in the meantime, which you can find on my website, but I can't put any timeframe on my other endeavours.

Touching up this game is planned when I begin working on my next game, though I'm not giving promises. Wish I had as much energy as these vixens I dream up.

Hey glad to hear you're ok and don't worry about it. Take everything one step at a time and you'll get done.

Game is great overall my only complaint is that when talking about rape I did so as I was concerned for her instead it went with a rape as a fetish route which, i don't like. Wish there was on option to ask out of concern. If that could be added that'd be great.

Thank you for the suggestion, I truly appreciate the feedback!

I'll have to check through the conversation paths, I have a faint memory you can ask her out of concern, but the option is either badly worded, or she steers the conversation into fetish realm no matter what.

It may be a while before I get to patch up the gal, I'm currently swamped with tasks. So for the meantime, I thank you for spending time with Andrea, and especially for being nice and empathetic with her!

No problem honestly wish there were more games where the npcs were made more lifelike but as to the conversation about rape. Andrea isn't the one steering it into fetish territory it's the player. I'll see if I can play the game sometime today to make sure. When I can confirm if it's the player or her I'll let you know.

Ok played the game and this is how the rape option turned out for me. This might be a bit long just to warn you.

Player Question: Have you ever been raped?

Andrea:

Does that sound like a normal thing to ask me?!

You seem to have a real problem with vixens.

I mean, why? Are you a hateful prick? I may be just the one person to try and understand, so try to explain yourself.

Player options

I don't care

Don't get mad. It's a fetish thing

I was way over the line, but I'd like to know (I chose this)

What can I do? You'd just ignore me anyway.

Andrea: For the record, no, I was never raped. And if I was?

Player options

Yes, that would be horrible. I'm sorry. (I chose this)

It didn't occur to me what I was really asking.

I think It'd be hot.

Andrea:

Did I really have to spell it out for you?

Not the worst I've heard, but still, use your brain a bit.

Fine then, let me ask you.

Are you sexually frustrated? That is one thing I can help you with. Sadly, not directly, but I have plenty I can show you.

Some of her responses during this route I've shown come off as very aggressive defensive for no reason though, I suppose talking about rape can be touchy for some still as I said I only asked out of concern for her. I haven't tried the other options and to be fair I don't think I want to try some of them, I'm not like that.

Thanks, having more believable NPCs is the one thing I miss in games, especially the smut sort, which is why I tried my hand at it.

I see now. I'll play around with how this particular topic is and I'll patch it up for the next update. I'll make sure you can discuss this with her more openly when her mood is high enough from previous interactions.

Thank you for taking the time to comment and respond, it really shows you enjoyed interacting with her.

I peeked at your website. A creative of your caliber rarely expands beyond one medium wish so much zeal: and this marks your third at least that I know of! I hope you keep exploring how you can lend your established skills to game-making, either more of this or on a team. 👍

(1 edit)

Thank you so much for your encouraging words! It means a lot to me.

Gaming / interactive medium is amalgamation of both writing and visual art for me. There is of course the whole aspect of ludology, constructing proper gameplay, as most of the games I enjoy allow for a high degree of player agency.

I'll make to sure to write a devlog when I begin putting the next project together. I've some tasks to finish up in the art side of things, though what's really holding me back is that I'm a slow working critter.

Thank you again!

a slow or delayed launch can be a good launch, a rushed and bad one is bad forever. paraphrasing a nintendo dev, you know the one 🍄
